You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the conditions explained below.

Cancelling an order before shipment (service option)

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it using the order management link in the footer.

How to cancel before shipment:

1. Click “Manage or Cancel Order” (German: „Bestellung verwalten oder stornieren“)
2. Either:
   • log in to your customer account, or
   • request a secure access link by email
3. Select your order and choose “Cancel order”

If the order is cancelled before shipment, it will not be shipped and you will receive a full refund.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled online.

Important:
Cancelling an order before shipment is a voluntary service we offer and is not the legal right of withdrawal.

Order already shipped – legal right of withdrawal

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled online.

In this case, you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, either:

• by email to contact@enroush.de, or
• by post, using the model withdrawal form below

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised via the order management link.

Important hygiene information

For sealed hygiene or intimate products, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal is intact.

If the product has been opened, unsealed, or used, the right of withdrawal does not apply, for reasons of health and hygiene, as permitted by EU law.

After withdrawal – returning the goods

After we receive your withdrawal notice:

• We will send you return instructions
• You must return the goods without undue delay
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective
